Our estate is located in the heart of the Trévaresse massif at the gates of Aix en Provence in the town of Rognes, on an old Gallo-Roman stronghold, called "Oppidum".

Today the Oppidum des Cauvins estate extends over several municipalities, Rognes, Saint Cannat, Roque d'Anthéron, for the AOP Coteaux d'Aix en Provence appellation and IGP de Méditerranée, as well as Cadenet for the AOP Luberon appellation.

Our wines are made in the tradition and respect for the environment in a state-of-the-art cellar:

- Equipped with thermoregulated vats, in order to maintain temperatures during vinification

- A tangential filter, for micron filtration without adding adjuvant, allowing to preserve all the typicity and character of our wines.

- The installation of a battery of stabling tanks, allowing the extraction of aromas from the lees, by negative cold, thanks to a natural action of static cold.

Since 2020, the estate has acquired HVE 3 (High Environmental Value Exploitation) certification at level 3 (highest level).
